We are all different and I work with every client to meet their individual needs by embracing bio-individuality. My approach is both rooted in western science of nutrition and training and eastern traditions such as Yoga, Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Individualized programming for balance, strength & mobility. Regular consultation as well as video critique or in person sessions. Currently coaching Handstands, Press handstands, forearm balancing and bent arm variations such as Crow/Frogstands and its many variations.
Individualized programs for everything from fundamental to advanced. Pushups, Pullups, Muscle ups, Static holds such as L-sit, Planche, Front & Back Levers to name a few. Programs include prehabilitation, mobility and strength work.
Creating Balance: The workshop for beginners looking to establish a balancing practice and achieve their first freestanding handstand. Includes prehabilitation and mobility, strength and balance work as well as mental aspects of practice such as overcoming fear, handling frustration and overcoming the biggest challenge of all: ego.
Beyond Balance: The workshop for experienced practitioners who can already hold a freestanding handstand and are looking to refine or advance their practice. Includes handstand refinement, implementing new shapes and entries into handstand including press to handstand. On request and depending on the group advanced strength and mobility work can be included.
Acro Yoga Workshops
Together with Stefania Gremlin I teach fundamental acro yoga rooted in connection, trust and fun. Partner trust exercises, falling safely & spotting as well as positions both for strength, balance & therapeutic use.
On retreats I go all in to teach the best parts of the various diciplines I’ve immersed myself in through the years. Nutrition, Meditation, Breathwork, Yoga, Gymnastics, CrossFit, Armbalancing and more.
